RIP Ian Hooper
I’m devastated to hear that I missed Ian’s passing and funeral over the Christmas Period. I remember Ian from his radio days hosting his football show and talking EPL, his love of all things Kingsley SC and his passion to talk football. Always up for a chat: a lovely guy.

Passing Of Ian Hooper

Kingsley Soccer Club are extremely sad to announce the passing of Ian Hooper. Ian has been involved with Kingsley for 25 years as a Coach, Manager, President, Secretary, Treasurer and Committee Member as well as a keen statistician and lifelong fan. He is also well and widely known and cared about in the Football West Community. Our deepest and heartfelt condolences go out to Ian’s family across the Country and in the UK. He will be sadly missed by everyone at the club, always present to share his love of Kingsley and to tell you how many goals the club has scored over its 25 years. We are extremely glad that we were able to bring him two trophies home at the end of last season.

BALCATTA FC JUNIOR GIRLS LEAGUE “TRY & TRIAL” DATE FOR SEASON 2016
We wish to invite all past and present players plus any girls wanting to join a Club that fosters the promotion and development of female football to attend our “Try and Trial” to be held on Sunday 17th January 2016.
The Club is anticipating to field teams in the U13s, U14s, U15s and U17s Junior Girls League age groups as well as the Women’s Premier State League.
For any females wishing to play at a social level we will also be looking at fielding a team in the Women’s Metropolitan league.
Balcatta FC will also be launching our “Girls Only” Miniroos program which will cater for girls in the 6 to 11 year old age bracket.
In Season 2016 under the guidance of our new Technical Director Salv Todaro and our Head Coaches, the Club’s aim will be to provide a fun and learning environment for all girls wanting to play football.
Over and above the weekly training sessions there will also be tailored programs implemented for those girls that wish to develop further to a level that will enable them to transition into the Women’s Premier State League.
All teams will have Coaches qualified in accordance with the FFA curriculum. Fees for 2016 will be $395.00 which will include a full training kit.
Come along and “Try & Trial” and take advantage of joining the only PS4 NPL Club in the league that already has State League women’s teams who will aiming for the next step of the future in the NPL Women’s competition.
